Base Frames

• Base frames are made according to client specification or requirement
• Adjustable feet are supplied
• Base frames can be manufactured entirely from Stainless steel, 3CR12 or Galvanised (hot dipped mild steel)
• Flooring is made up of Marine Plywood with GRP/fiberglass on the reverser side facing the ground.
• Vinyl sheeting or tiles are supplied (vinyl is non-conductive and is non-slip)
• Continuous earthing strip is available
• Base frames are made up and calculated to mass loads of equipment in the shelter.

Panels and Roof

• Panels are made up of either Expanded Polystyrene or Injected Polyurethane insulated core, cladded on both sides with metal skins
• Thickness and density of polystyrene to client’s specification
• Panels are joined by means of tongue and groove system
• Interlocking system between panels to ensure rigidness, strength and waterproofing
• High quality materials are used throughout the assembly procedure of the containers eg. Polyurethane sealant and non corrosive self sealing aluminium TLR rivets
• Roofing is pitched for water run-off

Doors

• Doors are manufactured of high strength and of high durability
• Two different types of seals are available namely J-type gasket and Silicone rubber door seals
• Locking systems are available in Stainless steel or Galvanised
• Main door types are 3 Point locking system and Camlock.
• Drip rails for above doors are manufactured and supplied
• Doors can be locked and unlocked from inside the container for the technician’s safety

Extras

• Entry plates can be made up of either Aluminium or Stainless steel
• These entry plates are made up to client specifications
• Emergency ventilation and emergency controls can be fitted
• Air conditioning units can be supplied or cut-outs with aluminium capping can be done
• Professional packing of containers for shipping/exporting done on request
• Reliable and efficient transporting of shelters
• Electrical Reticulation

Packing Options

• Shelters can be supplied in fully assembled / built up form
• Alternatively they will be crated and supplied in flat pack form for on site assembly.
