DRP manufacturers of insulated panels used for many applications including:

Construction (Cold/Freezer Rooms; Insulated truck bodies & Mortuary Rooms)
The above rooms are manufactured with insulated panels cladded inside and outside in white chromadek metal or stainless steel. The panels consist of two selected shessed metal skins permanently bonded to either polyurethane or polystyrene by means of a heat polymensing adhesive.

Panel Joining
The panels are joined together by means of male/female insertions on the panels itself, to which a non-hardening butyl rubber base plastic is applied. The panels are compressed and fixed in position and then sealed off externally with polyurethane sealant.

Doors (For Cold & Freezer Rooms)
The doors are of robust construction with the same insulation and cladding as the wall panels. They can either be of the hinged or the sliding type. The doors are fitted with neoprene gaskets. The sliding doors work on the principle of drop down and drop in system. All of our doors are fitted with internal safety features, which allow the door to be opened from the inside, even when it is padlocked. Doors for the freezer rooms are all fitted with heater tapes (both sliding and hinged).

Doors (For Trucks)

The doors are airtight, weatherproof and are lockable. The thermal insulation is either polystyrene or polyurethane depending on application. The doors are either single or double at the back or on the sides of the insulated body.

Floors (For Freezer Rooms)
The floors can consist of standard sandwiched panels, reinforced on the upper face with aluminium checker plate or galvanized steel (G275). In case of heavy and continuous wear, an insu type floor is recommended. This floor consists of a layer of polystyrene or polyurethane laid on a 250-micron hyperlastic vapour barrier, it is then covered with a layer of concrete. Floor panels are not required when cold rooms are installed on ground levels and operating above 0° C.

Floors (For Trucks)
There are basically two types of floor that are widely used, stainless steel & fibreglass (GPR). The floors are all re enforced with wood beams and then layered with ply wood with either the fibreglass or stainless steel on top of the ply wood.

Optional Extras:

1. Shelving Racks: (Both Cold/Freezer & Insulated Insulated Truck Bodies)

Racks consist of stainless steel, galvanized steel or aluminium consisting of u-sections for the robust framework, with the above material bolted or welded to it. Size will vary depending on size & application of cold/freezer room & insulated truck bodies.

2. Meat Rails: (Both Cold/Freezer & Insulated Truck Bodies)

Meat rails are manufactured from either stainless steel or galvanized steel. Standard meat rails are supported on galvanized steel pipe standious with the base plates bolted to the concrete floor (In case of cold & freezer rooms) or riveted to the floor of the truck.
